Essential to any community is the provision of good homes, large and small, affordable and private, to provide a safe and enjoyable base for people to live in.

The Higher Broughton Partnership developed the first three phases of the twenty-nine acre site and is now working with national house builders, continuing to provide a range of high quality homes for its community.

The Partnership is dedicated to providing a variety of homes that will suit the needs of the diverse range of people who live and work in Higher Broughton. Ultimately, the regeneration of Higher Broughton, through the Partnership, will provide more than 500 new homes to the area.
