Newbury Place – Medical & Retail Centre

The Higher Broughton regeneration project includes the development of a £9 million state of the art health and retail scheme for local people.

Part of the fourth phase of regeneration, the scheme is to be developed by medical facilities expert Level Health Care and will incorporate three GP surgeries, a dental practice, pharmacy and optician.

Developed across a 30,000 ft site, the health and retail scheme will also include a Tesco Express store and will create around 30 jobs in the area.

A valuable community resource for Higher Broughton residents, this element of the regeneration programme will further enhance services for local people as well as creating employment opportunities.
