Broughton Gate (Devonshire Square)
Phase three of the programme saw the completion of 52 affordable properties at Devonshire Square / Broughton Gate in 2008.
The scheme included 12 two and three bedroom houses and 40 one and two bedroom apartments – each property also boasts its own car parking space.
