The Higher Broughton Partnership has announced the sale and transfer of its latest development site in Salford to Countryside Properties. The six-acre development site, previously called Top Streets, has been re-named Kings Square and will provide the area with 80 high specification new homes.

The Higher Broughton Partnership, a joint venture between regeneration specialist Sigma Inpartnership, Salford City Council and the Royal Bank of Scotland, has announced that detailed planning consent for its £9 million Newbury Place development has been granted. The 30,000 sq ft development in Higher Broughton, Salford, will incorporate a GP surgery, dental practice, pharmacy, optician and a new 4,000 sq ft convenience store, which has been pre-let to Tesco.

Regeneration consortium the Higher Broughton Partnership has announced a £9m agreement to develop a health and retail scheme in Salford.

Creating around 30 jobs in the area and boosting health services for the local community, the 30,000 sq ft scheme will be developed by medical facilities expert, Level Health Care, incorporating three GP surgeries, a dental practice, pharmacy, optician and Tesco Express store.
