The Higher Broughton Partnership, formed in 2004, is delivering
innovative regeneration throughout Higher Broughton, Salford.

The Partnership aims to create a wide range of family homes and community facilities which are conveniently located just two miles from Manchester city centre.

This award winning regeneration scheme is being delivered thanks to a leading edge public and private sector partnership between Salford City Council, The Royal Bank of Scotland and regeneration specialists Sigma Inpartnership. The essence of the Partners approach is to deliver a wide spectrum of new housing opportunities within a secure and safe environment together with facilities to serve everyone.
